ZAROYKO does not offer returns for a change of mind.

Please read product information and sizing descriptions carefully. ZAROYKO pieces are one-off and are generally not available in size ranges. ZAROYKO pieces are fragile and care instructions must be carefully adhered to when laundering. ZAROYKO pieces are crafted from vintage, recycled and distressed fabrics, please consider the garments age and delicate condition at the time of purchase.

ZAROYKO will only offer an exchange or refund at our discretion if items are found to be faulty, wrongly described or different to the goods that were ordered. All tags and original packaging must be intact with proof of purchase and returned within 14 days of purchase.

ZAROYKO is happy to offer a repair service if an item is considered faulty and the fault was not caused by the customer or from general, unavoidable wear and tear. If a repair is beyond our capability, we will offer an exchange or credit to the store. 

No returns or refunds on Sale Items, Underwear/Lingerie, Swim, Earrings, Artworks, Homewares, Ceramics. All sales are final on these items.
