The Bell Single Sleeve Lace-up Top is hand sewn from re purposed fabrics. The top features adjustable lace up sides to that can be tightened to ruche up against the body. The top sits just off one shoulder and the bodice is made from a slightly sheer stretch cotton. The standout feature of this top is the over sized asymmetrical bell sleeve with raw hem detailing.
